Do your classes suit beginners?


Absolutely! every workout is able to be scaled for all levels of fitness. We have a max attendance in each class so that your trainer is able to assist with skills & technique for each individual to ensure you can workout safely.




Can I bring kids to class with me?


Of course! Kids are always welcome, however unfortunately at the moment we don't have a dedicated area for them to hang out unsupervised. We plan to have one soon.




What if I want to cancel my membership?


Depending on what membership option you have two policies apply:

1. Our ShedIT All Access 'Results' has a minimum lock-in term of 6 months, if you decide to cancel the remainder of the 6 months will be paid out.

2. Our ShedIT All Access 'Freedom' you can cancel anytime with 4 weeks notice.




How do I book a class?


Bookings are essential to guarantee availability. Once you've purchased a membership you'll receive an email on how to download the zenplanner app - this is the easiest way to book in your class! If you would prefer to do it online, Click here for the timetable!




What hours are you open?


We're open 6 days a week: Monday - Friday: 5:00am to 6:30pm Saturday: 6:00am to 10:00am




Do i have to do classes or can I just use the gym?


In addition to unlimited classes, all our members have full access to the gym within opening hours, perfect if you'd like to spend some extra time before or after a session! We have an upstairs 'open gym' area with free weights, plus an upstairs mobility area. Keep in mind if there is a class running they take priority over the main equipment space. We also offer a limited number of 'gym access only' memberships for those who don't want to do classes, contact us for more info! admin@sheditfitness.com




How do I purchase a membership?

What is functional training?


Functional training encorporates movements that we would use in everyday real life patterns and improves your body's ability to work efficiently as one unit, with the aim being to train your body to be a system and not just individual parts that work independently. With an emphasis on strength, cardio and mobility the benefits of functional training differ from other workouts because of the way it targets all aspects of your body. By training multiple muscle groups at the same time, you are helping your body function better as a whole, resulting in being well rounded, and maintaining long term body strength and endurance. Can I put my membership on hold?


Absolutely, contact us at anytime to pause your membership - minimum & maximum weeks apply. admin@sheditfitness.com PLEASE NOTE: If COVID restrictions or lockdowns are re-inforced we will under no circumstances continue membership charges and all payments will be paused immediately. Each member then can choose whether they'd like to hire equipment or join an online program - however this is not compulsary.




Do you have shower facilities?


Yes! we have two unisex & disabled toilets with one including a shower.




Do you offer a trial?


Sure can! We offer a 5 Class Pass for $5 so you can try out the classes before commiting to a membership and make sure it's right for you. Click here to purchase online and get started!




Do you have an App?


ShedIT members can book in classes & purchase memberships through the zenplanner app - completely free to download! ShedIT members also get free access to all workouts online through the SugarWOD app. With SugarWOD you can log results for each workout, track your progress and interact with the ShedIT community. Both apps are available for iphone and android users, chat to us in the gym if you need help setting them up!
